The second meeting of the IAOP Greater Cincinnati Chapter, co-chaired by William Metz of Procter & Gamble and Lance Kwasniewski of Belcan Corporation, was held on Wednesday, May 20, 2009. The chapter centers on providing educational and networking opportunities with a focus on topics of greatest interest to its local membership. In addition to an overview of IAOP and a review of our local chapter objectives, this meeting featured a presentation provided by Randy Mysliviec, CEO from RTM Consulting, LLC entitled “Gain Competitive Advantage with Next Generation Resource Management.” Outsourcing providers and consumers are challenged with our current difficult economic environment. With labor cost pressures greater than ever, efficient resource management – getting the right person in the right place at the right time – has become mission critical. Providers learned how to be highly efficient to compete and provide the best value to their consumers of outsourcing services. Additionally, participants learned about next generation resource management methods and techniques that enable them to achieve significant competitive advantage. Stay tuned for next meeting details!
