IAOP Chapters: Global Human Capital

CHAPTER Co-CHAIRS

Next Webinar to be held on Thursday, July 17, 2008!

The next Global Human Capital Chapter meeting will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2008 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (EDT).  Join co-chairs Lori Blackman of DNL Global and Julia Santos of Johnson & Johnson for a discussion entitled “A Balanced Talent Portfolio.”

The idea of a balanced financial portfolio is one we have all longed for, far before we had money to balance!  Over the past few years, the concept of balancing a corporation’s global sourcing portfolio has been a prominent conference topic.  Our expert panelists will discuss the benefits of balancing local and non-local perspectives, on-site and off-site locations, industry and outsourcing experience and a multitude of other variables and considerations as one designs his team and career progression.

Mark your calendars to join this dynamic discussion!
